FAQ
The process includes 8 steps:
- Client briefing.
- Defining key indicators.
- Selecting the right audience group.
- Creating dynamic surveys.
- Driving traffic via verified channels.
- Aggregating results.
- Analyzing data.
- Delivering a report with strategic recommendations
We address this concern with several measures to ensure balanced and reliable results:
- River-sampling and multi-channel traffic to reach diverse respondents.
- Quotas by gender, age, and geography.
- Post-stratification weighting to adjust the sample after data collection.
- Anti-fraud checks: device validation, captcha, and time controls.
Omniki uses river-sampling – respondents are invited via banners, contextual ads, and social media posts, without pre-recruiting them into a panel. This ensures:
- Broader coverage of internet users.
- Inclusion of non-professional respondents (not just panelists).
- Multi-channel targeting across social networks and ad networks.
- Recruitment is carefully monitored with validation against bots, duplicates, and inconsistent responses.
Depending on the project, Omniki may use a wide range of networks:
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
- Advertising networks (Google AdSense, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, etc.).
- Other digital platforms as needed.
Timelines depend on sample size and survey complexity:
- Standard projects (n=400–1200): usually 3–7 days.
- More complex projects (narrow quotas, longer surveys): 10–18 days.
Costs vary based on several factors:
- Sample size (n).
- Length of interview (LOI).
- Targeting and geography.
Cost drivers:
- Target group complexity (niche or hard-to-reach audiences).
- Number of quotas.
- Cost-per-click and conversion rate.
- Questionnaire length.
- Topic complexity and sensitivity.
- Target group size and accessibility.
- Number of quotas.
We apply strict quality controls at multiple levels:
- Fraud detection: speed checks, response pattern analysis.
- Open-text validation and removal of straight-liners.
- Revalidation steps when needed.
- Each project includes a Quality Control (QC) report for transparency.
- Each questionnaire contains at least 7 questions.
- Supported formats: closed, open/closed, dichotomous, graded.
- Answer types: single or multiple choice.
- Surveys can include logical transitions.
- Advanced formats (matrix, rating, dropdown, image choice, randomization) are also possible
We can design hybrid solutions by combining online surveys with local offline partners. In such cases, the timeline and budget are adjusted accordingly.
