Instagram ER between different levels of influencers

In the last case, we touched on the topic of trust in micro influencers. This summer, we decided to collect average ER scores for bloggers of various levels.

How do we do it? We can analyze all available social media data thanks to our Omniki.social platform. Further, we can provide clients with analytical reports with conclusions on the strategy in social media and the choice of bloggers. We can also launch advertising campaigns with bloggers ourselves.

In 2022, all expert publications experienced a boom on the topic that SMM strategies need to be changed and massively advertised with the help of micro influencers. And if you look at the numbers, then this approach is justified if you need interactions for less money. Micro influencers are not oversaturated with ads. Many of them are doing this for the first time, and their followers are mostly quality active accounts. Therefore, we see such figures for the average ER (3.1%).

In comparison, average influencers have an average ER of 1.7% and macro influencers have an average ER of 1.2%.

The difference is significant. But don't forget that we also need to estimate the average reach of a blogger, because likes and comments are no longer as popular, and reach and awareness are still important for a brand.
