We continue to share the results of our research. In this article, we have established using the Omiki.Survey platform: how long is the customer willing to wait for a response to his request?

When we talk about ART (average response time), the adage "Time is money" works like never before. Nothing repels customers as much as waiting for a response to a request, or even more so an incompetent response.

According to our research, 79% of consumers expect brands to respond to them within a day of contacting them via social media, after which they are highly likely to leave for competitors. In addition to a quick response, active participation in solving the problem is necessary, and not a simple response without specifics.

Responding to the customer as quickly as possible, and even more to the point, is a good way to exceed his expectations and increase loyalty.
